3. Appointments and Cancellations

Consultation appointments are confirmed upon receipt of any applicable booking fee. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the booking fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances and will provide reasonable notice.

4. Payments

Fees for our services are as communicated at the time of booking. Payments must be made in full prior to or at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information including birth details, personal circumstances, and consultation content with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law. Clients are also requested to treat consultation content with discretion and not record sessions without prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Samay Chakra website including text, graphics, logos, and written materials is the intellectual property of Samay Chakra. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission.

7. Website Use
